Flexible Work Arrangements: Advocating for flexible work options to accommodate the diverse needs and responsibilities of women, such as remote work, part-time positions, or job-sharing opportunities.
Resources and Information: Offering access to resources, job listings, and information about industries, job trends, and best practices for career re-entry.
