Welkinluminous LLC is a women-owned small business association with a noble goal of welcoming women back to the workforce. The platform is specifically designed to support women who are seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break and for women who have not worked at all and are looking to enter the workforce. We understand there are various reasons why women may take a break from their careers, such as raising children, pursuing further education, caring for family members, or personal reasons and that starting a career can be daunting.
